Thread of gold,
built like a Titan.

Every crest that leaves our workshop is embroidered by hand, bullion wire coiled over velvet, stitch by stitch, the way blazer badges were made a century ago. Commissioned by clubs, brands and families worldwide.

The Craft

From spool of wire to finished crest

Bullion embroidery can't be rushed and can't be faked by a machine. A single badge passes through three pairs of hands before it earns the Titan name.

I

Sketch & frame

Your artwork is redrawn at stitch scale, then the velvet or felt ground is stretched drum tight on a wooden adda frame. Proportions are marked in chalk: anchors, laurels, lettering, every element placed by eye.

II

Bullion by hand

Coiled gold and silver wire is cut, threaded and couched over padded forms to build relief you can feel under a thumb. Dense areas take hundreds of individual cuts of wire. This is where the hours go.

III

Velvet & finish

Studs, cords and merrow borders are set, the back is stiffened and sealed, and each piece is inspected against the sample. Sew on, iron on or pin backing, finished to sit flat on a blazer for decades.
